Mr. David Chongo was born in 1952.
He did his primary and secondary education at Chiwala Secondary School.
He later joined the Zambia National Service (ZNS), and after retiring from the service, he joined a security company.
He is survived by a wife, 8 children and 17 grandchildren.
He suffered from a stroke till his death.
