Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any service from Cordially Invited, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. What Our Digital Invitations Are

Cordially Invited creates digital invitations and event landing pages designed to simplify how you invite and manage guests. Each invitation is hosted online and provided as a custom event link (e.g., cordiallyinvited.online/johnandmary) that can be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

All guests will receive the same invitation link, which leads to the same event page. If a client requires different versions or personalised links for specific guests or groups, this will be considered a custom request and will incur additional costs.

Guests can RSVP directly through the link, and their responses are automatically recorded in a Google Sheet for easy tracking. Once an RSVP is accepted, guests receive a WhatsApp confirmation message with their name, which can be used for verification at the event.

Our digital invitations are fully online and require internet access to view or submit RSVPs. We currently do not offer downloadable, printed, or SMS-based versions. Clients may, however, choose to print a few invitations separately for guests without smartphones or internet access.

Each event page is lightweight and mobile-friendly, designed to load quickly even on slower networks. However, because the service relies on an active internet connection, users with limited connectivity may experience slower loading times.


2. Service Overview

Cordially Invited creates online invitation and event registration pages for personal and professional events. We offer four packages:

  • Basic Package: One-page template design for up to 100 guests.

  • Standard Package: One-page template design for up to 250 guests.

  • Custom Package: One-page custom design for up to 1,000 guests.

  • Custom Plus Package: Multi-page custom design with no guest limit.


3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any work begins.
Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money and Card Payments.
All payments are non-refundable.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard & Basic Packages: Delivered within 24 hours (on weekdays) after event details are submitted and a design is selected.

  • Custom Package: Delivered within 48 hours (on weekdays) after event details are submitted and phone consultation is completed.

  • Custom Plus Package: Same process and timeline as Custom, with flexibility for more complex layouts.


5. Event Page Link and Duration

All clients receive a customised event link (e.g., cordiallyinvited.online/johnandmary).
Event pages remain active until one day after the event date. Extensions can be requested in advance.


6. RSVP Management

RSVP submissions are collected through your event page and automatically recorded in a Google Sheet shared with you.
Each guest receives a WhatsApp confirmation message once their RSVP is accepted.

You can choose to either:

  • Manually approve each RSVP before confirmations are sent, or

  • Automatically accept all RSVPs, with confirmations sent instantly.


7. Revisions and Edits

Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions (minor changes only).
To avoid unnecessary revision rounds, please review your page thoroughly and submit all desired changes at once per round.

Additional revisions beyond the included two will incur a fee of K200 per round, payable before any changes are made.
Revisions include changes to event details (e.g., time, venue, or program updates).


8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Submitting accurate event details via the provided form.

  • Providing proof of payment promptly.

  • Reviewing the final page and submitting revisions within a reasonable time.

  • Communicating in advance if any changes or delays are expected.

  • Providing contact details to be displayed on the invitation for guests with event-related questions or queries.

Cordially Invited will not respond to any guest inquiries or share client or event information with anyone other than the client under any circumstances.


9. Support

We offer support before, during, and shortly after your event. You can reach us via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • Phone call

Support includes assistance with RSVPs, technical issues, and general questions.


10. Limitations

  • Cordially Invited does not provide physical or printed invitations.

  • Invitations require internet access to function properly.

  • WhatsApp confirmations will only be received by guests with active WhatsApp numbers.

  • While we optimise our pages for quick loading, performance may vary depending on device and network quality.

  • All invitations are created under the assumption that clients or their teams will manage guest communication directly.


11. Changes to Terms

Cordially Invited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all new orders going forward.
