Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any service from Cordially Invited, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Service Overview

Cordially Invited creates online invitation and event registration pages for personal and professional events. We offer three packages:

  • Basic Package: One-page template design for up to 100 guests.

  • Standard Package: One-page template design for up to 250 guests.

  • Custom Package: One-page custom design for up to 1,000 guests.

  • Custom Plus Package: Multi-page custom design with no guest limit.


2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required before any work begins.

  • Payment methods accepted: Mobile Money and Card Payments.

  • All payments are non-refundable.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Package: Delivered within 24 hours after event details are submitted.

  • Custom Package: Delivered within 48 hours after event details are submitted and phone consultation is completed.

  • Custom Plus: Same process and timeline as Custom, with flexibility for more complex layouts.


4. Event Page Link and Duration

  • All clients will receive a customised event link (e.g., cordiallyinvited.online/johnandmary).

  • Event pages will be live until one day after the event date. Extensions can be made upon request before the event.


5. RSVP Management

  • RSVP submissions are collected via your event page and automatically populated into a Google Sheet, which will be shared with you.

  • Guests will also receive a confirmation via WhatsApp.

  • Clients can choose between:

    • Open Registration (anyone with the link can RSVP), or

    • Closed Registration (only names on the guest list can RSVP).


6. Revisions and Edits

  • Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions (minor changes only).

  • To avoid unnecessary revision rounds, please review your page thoroughly and submit all desired changes at once per round.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included two will incur a fee of K200 per round, payable before any changes are made.

  • Revisions include changes to event details (e.g., time, venue, or program updates).


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Submitting accurate event details via the provided form.

  • Providing proof of payment promptly.

  • Reviewing the final page and submitting revisions within a reasonable time.

  • Communicating in advance if any changes or delays are expected.


8. Support

We offer support before, during, and shortly after your event. You can reach us via:

  • Email

  • Phone call

Support includes assistance with RSVPs, technical issues, and general questions.


9. Changes to Terms

Cordially Invited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all new orders going forward.
